Every written assignment you turn in MUST meet these requirements totaling 40 points of your final grade. I reserve the right to not grade any assignment not meeting these requirements.

Read and annotate the article together as a class and write a one-page response to the question.

Response question: Citing the article as evidence, discuss what you believe a director values the most in an actor.

2- Read and annotate the articles about Hagen together as a class. Choose two of her 9 questions to research and give an example of in class in an interesting presentation.

1- Tongue Twister

Choose a tongue twister, memorize, perform in class using both accents

2- New York accent

5- Medieval Theatre Unit

6- Monologue Unit

1- Choose monologue to memorize and perform in class. Contemporary either dramatic or comedic. 1 minute in length. Method required. Must audition for SOA using monologue.

1- Commedia characters

Choose two characters to research and present in class. Must include: costume, characteristics, animal based on, movements
