1. Concession Donations

  • We are in need of the following items 

  • Canned Sodas, Waters, Candy, Chips, Cookies

  • If you can donate please respond to this email letting me know what you would like to donate.  If we could get these delivered to Little Theatre by this Thursday.

We will have 3 board seats opening up:

  • Volunteer Coordinator / Social Media

Time Commitment: We’ve received a few questions regarding the time commitment for these positions. It is generally 5 to 10 hours per month during standard months. Expect a higher time commitment during months with live shows.

Volunteer Opportunities & Donations

We still need volunteers for shows, meals, and concession donations. You can use the link below to sign up for show shifts.

Clue Volunteer Sign Up

Available Show Roles:

  • Box Office (1 volunteer): Manage ticket purchases at the door. (Requires staying about 15 minutes past showtime for late arrivals).

  • Pre-paid Box Office (1 volunteer): Check in online ticket sales.

  • Concessions (2 volunteers): Handle setup and sales before the show and during intermission.

  • Roses (2 volunteers): Handle setup and sales before the show and during intermission.

  • Raffle (2 volunteers): Handle setup and sales before the show and during intermission.

  • Merchandise (2 volunteers): Handle sales before the show and during intermission.

Important Fall Dates

  • Kick-off Cabaret: September 25th

  • FUSD Theatre Festival: October 8th

  • Production of Clue: November 12th – 22nd

As mentioned at the parent meeting on Wednesday, below is the link to sign up for volunteer slots for the Clue performances. We are pending final notice of food and allergy restrictions for the meals. We will send out an email within the next 2 weeks with that sign-up information. 

 

As a reminder, anyone who volunteers for a show will receive a walk-in pass for that  show. Please be mindful that multiple families may want to volunteer. But feel free to check back closer to show dates to see if time slots are still available for multiple days. 

 

Please check in with either myself or Kathy at the Audra McDonald Theatre box office when you arrive. You will be given a lanyard with a walk-in pass for the show (these will need to be returned at the end of intermission).

 

Below is a list of the available jobs:
