Production Meeting (Design Talk)- first discussion of design with your Production team
Design Talk with Actors-First explanation of your show design with cast and crew
Table Read- first read through with the cast and crew
2- Write meeting plans
Every director must write out how they plan to run each meeting and what their presentation will look
