Some big changes include NO GPA requirement to apply\, no letters of recommendation are required and no formal essay is required\, however students will be asked to complete two free response essay questions with a 200 word minimum.   \n\n\n\n1.       Describe how financial need has impacted you\, and how receiving this scholarship would contribute to your educational plans. \n\n\n\n2.       Please share an experience (positive\, negative\, or otherwise) while attending Fresno Unified School District that has influenced your future goals and aspirations. \n\n\n\nCCR in collaboration with the FUSD foundation and Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion department  have made changes and revised the rubric for scoring in hopes that we will have a more diverse applicant pool and more winners with a variety of experiences to share.
