DESCRIPTION:Schedule for the Week\n\n\n\nTuesday- ODDWednesday- EVENThursday- ODDFriday- EVEN\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTony Tuesday\n\n\n\nWatch Kiss Me Kate clip\n\n\n\nRead Tony Tuesday assignment\, you can choose to complete it on Kiss Me Kate or wait for another week\n\n\n\nTony Tuesday response\n\n\n\narticle response directions\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTheatre 1/2\n\n\n\n1- Rehearsal/Blocking\n\n\n\nStudents will memorize their monologue and work on character analysis. Begin rehearsal and blocking\n\n\n\nChunking a monologue- assign an emotion to each “chunk”. Break the piece into smaller parts. You need to choose an emotional journey for your piece and each chuck takes you on that journey\n\n\n\nBeating a monologue- using the punctuation and emotional journey\, draw a slash for every place you want to take a beat.\n\n\n\n2- Character Analysis- create backstory\n\n\n\nEvery character has a complete backstory. Every actor needs to do research to determine every aspect of their character’s life. Once you choose your monologue you will write a character analysis on your character.\n\n\n\nCHARACTER_ANALYSIS_WORKSHEET Download\n\n\n\nMonologue-Assignment\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAdd Slate: your name\, age\, title and author of monologue
